Southwood Properties is a Property Management company in the downtown Springfield, Missouri area. We manage 7 different multi-family properties in the nearby local area along with a portfolio of single-family houses. We are looking to bring in a Leasing Agent/Property Manager with pleasant & energetic personality to add to our Leasing Team. Experience is preferred but not necessary for a person with apparent leasing skills, organizational skills, and multi-tasking skills.
This is an hourly plus commission position with ample opportunities to add on to your weekly pay with the right eager attitude. Our agents have the opportunity to bring in $1000 checks weekly simply by putting in the work to lease apartments. In addition to the weekly pay and commission this role also offers weekly commission bonuses & gas allowances.
This is a dual role as you will be doing commission work as a Leasing Agent as well as providing customer service to current residents.
