The Work You'll DoWe are growing quickly as we help alcohol companies achieve outsized success in a highly competitive environment. To support this growth, we are looking to add talent to our compliance team. Our compliance department is a team of experts across all areas of beverage alcohol compliance. As our company grows, so does our clients’ need to find innovative solutions in order to remain successful. You would join our team to execute core compliance activities and partner with our clients to help provide them access to the US alcohol market so they can prosper and thrive.
More Specifically, You Will
  • Learning and following established task management policies and internal data management software processes
  • Managing a high volume of communication via phone and email
  • Organizing and managing the compliance department’s general email inbox, re-distributing email as needed
  • Responding to general client emailed requests and phone calls
  • Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing physical mail
  • Preparing and filing accurate corporate trade name amendment applications to state and federal regulators
  • Coordinating beverage alcohol samples upon arrival at the office
  • Updating electronic copies of corporate beverage alcohol license files once renewed
  • Organizing and managing the compliance check request process and supporting documentation
  • Organizing, coordinating, and executing periodic product renewal regulatory filings
  • Updating brand registration product approval dates in Ship Compliant
  • Providing administrative support to our compliance team

What We Need From You
  • 2 years within a legal/administrative or customer service-related industry
  • 2 years of data entry experience
  • An exhibited passion for customer service
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and task management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using ShipCompliant is a plus
  • Experience using Asana is a plus
  • Experience within the Beverage Alcohol Industry is a tremendous plus but not required
  • Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
