Position Description: 

SPAARK is seeking an Exercise Planner/Trainer for Continuity to join the United States Department of Housing and Urban Developments (HUD) location in Washington, DC. The Exercise Planner/Trainer for Continuity. Supports the planning, conduct, and evaluation of HUD continuity, testing all Departmental systems and infrastructure to ensure performance of Mission Essential Functions (MEF).

• Developing TTXs
• Supports the planning, conduct, and evaluation of HUD continuity, devolution, distributed and reconstitution exercises
• Supports testing of all Departmental systems and infrastructure to ensure performance of Mission Essential Functions (MEF)
• Effectively communicating, both orally and in writing, and to present well-considered and sound suggestions that provide a clear understanding of emergency situations and incidents to ensure effective communications and decision-making during a crisis.
• Presenting findings and recommendations, both orally and in writing to internal and external audiences
• Developing solutions to resolve program issues or changing requirements
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Top Secret/SCI Clearance required.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
