Contingent Upon Contract Award
SPAARK is seeking a Program Manager for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Developments (HUD) location in Washington, DC. The Project Manager will manage large-scale and diverse programs using effective, analytical, and evaluative methods to accurately assess information, problem solve, and recommend sound decisions.
- Managing large-scale and diverse programs
- Presenting findings and recommendations, both orally and in writing to internal and external audiences
- Developing solutions to resolve policy and/or program issues or changing requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Top Secret/SCI Clearance required.
- Project Mangement Professional (PMP)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business/Business Administration, or related studies with 5-7 years of experience; OR 8 - 10 years of experience
Preferred Candidates:
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification
