Description

Contingent Upon Contract Award

SPAARK is seeking a Program Manager for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Developments (HUD) location in Washington, DC. The Project Manager will manage large-scale and diverse programs using effective, analytical, and evaluative methods to accurately assess information, problem solve, and recommend sound decisions.

  • Managing large-scale and diverse programs
  • Presenting findings and recommendations, both orally and in writing to internal and external audiences
  • Developing solutions to resolve policy and/or program issues or changing requirements
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Qualifications


Position Requirements:

  • Top Secret/SCI Clearance required.
  • Project Mangement Professional (PMP)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business/Business Administration, or related studies with 5-7 years of experience; OR 8 - 10 years of experience

Preferred Candidates:

  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification
