Space Age Credit Union is Hiring a Member service representative Near Aurora, CO
Our Member Service Representatives are responsible for building and strengthening relationships with Space Age members and is accountable for discovering, anticipating and meeting their financial service needs through the active promotion, sales and delivery of our products and services.
We are currently seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic for a Member Service Representative (teller / phone service representative).
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our Credit Union.
Our Marketplace Branch is open Monday through Friday 9 : 30 - 4 : 30. Hours of operation for staff is 8 : 00 - 4 : 30 or 8 : 30 - 5 : 00.
Cash handling experience a must. Must be able to cross sell products and services.
This positions works both the teller line and the phone center.
We have an excellent benefit package as well as incentive plans for Non-Exempt positions.
We offer free snacks, and drinks. We have a lounge with lounge chairs and a massage chair with a TV in both that room and the lunch room for relaxing.
We also dress in Colorado Casual which is a nice shirt and jeans!

DUTIES
Process member financial transactions in person and on the phone with a professional, prompt, and effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education level - high school or equivalent.
Credit review, fingerprinting, and background checking is a part of our hiring process.
Sign on bonus for the ability to speak and understanding Spanish.
