Their product means data teams can build advanced AI applications that connect enterprise-ready real-time web data to their custom GPTs and build business dashboards to unlock new opportunities with market visibility.
The Role:
They are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the development and execution of their lead lifecycle programs, including their CRM and tech stack, implementing lead scoring, status, and flows, and implementing marketing automation.
You will report into the VP of Marketing and work closely with the wider marketing team —particularly on the growth, demand generation, and BDR side.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Implement a lead-lifecycle program, establishing campaign stamping and lead scoring, stages, and statuses in Hubspot and Salesforce, and creating marketing automation for stage and status flipping
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs
- Own the operational strategy for attribution, tracking and reporting of marketing performance
- Support the execution of campaign operations including campaign creation architecture, lead management, target list creation, and segmentation
- Help to implement new lead generation and nurture programs
- Implement the company’s first fully automated MQL and handoff process from marketing to sales
What you need-
- 5 years in marketing operations including within startups
- Strong B2B SaaS experience
- Experience building out operations for free trial and self-service products
- Experience with all major marketing ops and CRM tools particularly Marketo and Hubspot
- Experience with web analytics tools, Google tag management, and attribution for search and performance marketing
- Proven ability to work cross functionally
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Experience working in an API or web data-focused company
- Experience working with early-stage startups
- Able to be in the in the NYC office 3x a week
