Spacesaver is currently recruiting for an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to join our team. As an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for implementation and administration of all environmental, health, and safety policies and processes, ultimately achieving full compliance with local, state, federal, and company regulations including but not limited to OSHA regulations, DNR, and EPA standards. The EHS Manager is accountable for ensuring a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment.
A few of the Highlights of this Role Include:
•Promotes workplace safety and works to implement proactive approaches to incident and illness prevention, operator safety, and hazardous materials management.
•Facilitates the investigation of accidents/injuries and coordinates the preparation of material and evidence. Maintains OSHA 300, 301's, and 300A.
•Management of the Environmental Management System (EMS) to include both internal and external audits and corrective actions.
•Leads ISO 14001 compliance planning, procedures, and audits. Actively participate in The Sustainability Team.
•Tracks and maintains all safety training files, certifications and renewals.
•Develops, updates, and manages all environmental, health, and safety training in a variety of settings including classroom and on-the-spot training.

401K Contributions & Profit Sharing
We match 50 cents to the dollar on the first 8% of your 401K contributions, and you're eligible to participate the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Profit sharing is a guaranteed 2% of regular earnings and is based on company performance. Additionally, there's an incentive payout that all eligible employees get if we reach our yearly sales and operations goals.
Required Experience
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, EHS, Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of experience. CSP Certification. A solid understanding of OSHA regulations and workers compensation laws is required. ISO 14001 experience. The right candidate for this role will have good organizational and time management skills, as well as have the ability to meet deadlines with appropriate attention to detail in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft office and web-based applications, with advanced use of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
