Director of Admissions
JOB SUMMARY
Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky, seeks a collaborative, strategic, and innovative Director of Admissions. This experienced leader will bring a history of success in recruitment, a commitment to diversity, and an appreciation for the college experience. Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Management, the Director will lead and manage the daily operations of the Office of Admissions. The Director will serve as a senior advisor to the Dean of Enrollment Management and help to guide planning and implementation efforts for the recruitment and admission of a diverse and academically exceptional class. The Director of Admissions will coordinate strategic initiatives and student recruitment and work closely with the enrollment technology coordinator and marketing director. This position is fully engaged in all the components of the admission process, including recruitment travel, interviewing, evaluating applications, and public speaking. This role will help expand and diversify Spalding University's student population and geographical reach.
This position's salary is $53,000 yearly, and it includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage, 403b, 23 Paid Time Off days, 21 Holidays, tuition remission, cell phone allowance, and much more.
