Role: Sr. Scrum master Location: Westchester, PA (Onsite/Hybrid from Day 1) (Need Only Locals) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: * Manage multiple SCRUM teams and manage all SCRUM ceremonies such as Daily Standur, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Sprint Review meetings. * Helping team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done * Helping remove impediments to team's progress. * Working with Scrum team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive' decision making and support organizational project or product teams. * Maintain project timeframe, estimates and status reports. * Develops, maintains and manages detailed project plans, action item registers and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects. * Conduct risk assessments for the projects. * Collaborate in preparing for the PI Planning * Assist Product Owner and team in backlog refinement. * Facilitate Scrum of Scrum meetings with other Scrum teams * Coordinate the project release and deployments. * Monitor project deliverables. * Prepare status reports, presentations and present to stakeholders. * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Experience: * Minimum of at least 2-4 years of experience in -project management capacity in Project Manager & Scrum Master gales in software development projects * Experience managing system implementation and integration projects * Strong conceptual, analytic and problem solving skills. * Strong communication skills * Strong project and time management skills. * Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. * Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels * Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders alike * Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in the Fintech or Payment industry Scrum master Certification and /or PMP certification is preferred
