Sparcz Engineering is Hiring an Electronics Technician / CNC Operator Near Depew, NY

Sparcz Engineering is seeking an Electronics Technician / CNC Operator with a strong background in electronic component assembly and familiarity with CNC and CAD technologies. This role involves building and assembling electronic components like test cables, wiring harnesses, and hand soldering printed circuit boards (PCBs). An ideal candidate should possess not only knowledge of soldering but also experience in troubleshooting, testing, and repairing electronic equipment, along with experience in CNC and CAD software.

Responsibilities:

Build and assemble lab/test cables, wiring harnesses, and printed circuit boards (PCBs)
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for electronic component assembly
Ensure all electronic assemblies meet high-quality standards and specifications
Work collaboratively with engineers and other technicians on various projects.
Assist in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes
Maintain a clean work area and adhere to Aerospace FOD program standards for housekeeping
Utilize CNC Vision Pro Router and CAD software in manufacturing and design processes

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize workload

Nice to Have:

Awareness in CNC Vision Pro Router.
Awareness in CAD software.
Experience with additional manufacturing technologies and electronic design software
Prior experience in an electronics manufacturing or similar industry role
