Our state-of-the-art facility will feature bowling lanes, escape rooms, a laser tag arena, a large arcade, and a full-service restaurant, ensuring fun for all ages.

Job Responsibilities: As the General Manager, you will be entrusted with full Profit/Loss responsibility over the entire center. Your exceptional leadership skills will drive the success of our facility and its various departments. You will oversee a dedicated staff of approximately 100 individuals, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing strategies to achieve business goals
• Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
• Implementing and maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing team
• Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-control measures
• Collaborating with the corporate office to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Creating and maintaining relationships with vendors, community organizations, and stakeholders

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the entertainment, hospitality, or related industry
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional financial results and achieving operational targets
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to inspire and develop a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with staff and customers
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• A passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with industry-specific software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
