Spark Orthodontics has an immediate opening for an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator.

Our busy practice is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and a detail oriented individual with the desire to provide excellent service to our patients. As part of our team, it is essential that you have a positive attitude, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and convey a professional image.

We want you to bring your passion, skills, and drive to help patients achieve beautiful smiles while creating wow experiences at every visit!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:15AM-5:30PM and 1-2 Fridays a month

Location: 928 Carlisle Rd York, PA 17404 and 886 Plaza Blvd Lancaster, PA 17601

• Conduct a consultation to understand a patients oral health history, objectives, and concerns
• Accurately chart all examination findings on behalf of Doctor
• Work with the Doctor to diagnose and prepare treatment plans. Present treatment fees and discuss financial arrangements with patients
• Contact patients/parents to schedule treatment and/or discuss payment options for Medicaid approvals/denials, private insurance patients, and self-pay patients
• Notify patients of co-payments and co-payment requirements upon scheduling
• Conduct treatment consultations with existing patients when new treatment plans are presented
• Consistently and effectively follow-through with patient scheduling and appointments to ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately and payment agreements are filled out correctly

• A broad-based understanding of the orthodontic treatment process
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Dolphin is a plus
• Experience working with various medical/dental insurance plans is a plus
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Computer Skills proficient ability to use a computer, keyboarding skills, use of Outlook email
