Qualifications.Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field Must have Lead capabilities with a minimum of 3-5 Years. Banking Experience is a must (Commercial, Retail, Investment Banking) Minimum Of 6-10 Years Of Experience In Quality ControlExcellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills Highly developed attention to detail ResponsibilitiesFocus on designing/creating plans and ensuring that the quality requirements adhere to the organization's policies. Responsible for ensuring the plan is apt considering its performance, reliability, functionality, and compatibility. They should possess knowledge of quality assurance testing tools. Good Expertise in Agile Methodology & Test Processes Should have working Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering Functional Testing Integration Testing E2E Testing Regression Testing Automation Performance Engineering (Good to have) Implementing and leveraging automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Operating a project management effort in collaboration with cross-functional Teams to ensure proper workload distribution and resource allocation based on real-time requirements. Facilitating knowledge transfer between onshore and offshore teams through regular communication. Developing and implementing test plans for product defects Reviewing and approving test results Developing and tracking test metrics Helping maintain the quality of products. Working closely with the product team on the design and development of new features Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials Implementing new processes and creating new tools to automate testing Establishing a robust metrics framework with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement They collect all the essential statistics required and identify the root cause analysis method to identify the defect. Reduction in employee attrition rates Provide knowledge/ Knowledge transfer to new joiners. Develops a good rapport between the management and the employees Handling various resources at the workplace
