Sparks Group has partnered with a provider of telecommunications in their search for Customer Support Representatives to join their team! This role is fully on site in Rockville, Maryland.

About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing comprehensive support and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will leverage your strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations and deliver exceptional service, fostering positive and lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound and outbound calls, actively listening to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions.
  • Leverage your technical proficiency to answer product and service questions with accuracy and confidence.
  • Conduct thorough research and identify optimal solutions, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Meticulously document interactions and maintain accurate call logs to ensure seamless continuity of service.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met comprehensively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving positive resolutions.
  • Proficiency in a variety of computer software programs and a passion for staying up-to-date with evolving technology.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
