Sparks Group has partnered with a wireless providing organization seeking a hands-on supervisor to manage a team of Call Center Representatives. Responsibilites:

  • Leverage your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies for enhanced performance.
  • Motivate and inspire your team through effective communication, coaching, and feedback.
  • Champion a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to navigate challenges and optimize processes.
  • Oversee all aspects of call center operations, including scheduling, training, and onboarding.
  • Set clear performance goals, track progress, and ensure adherence to established protocols.
  • Maintain meticulous records and reports to demonstrably improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of call center experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (telecom industry experience preferred).

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and call center software.
