Responsibilities:
- Provide processing of fingerprints including data entry, payment verification, and record keeping
- Answer applicant questions about the scanning process
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and written communication
- Answer phones and transfer calls
- Fax, Scan, and File documents
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned
- Must have experience in an office environment
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have experience using Microsoft Applications
- Must be able to pass a background check
