Job Summary : Sparks Group is seeking Customer Service Representatives in preparation for a call center project which will be activated in the case of a hurricane making landfall in Florida.

Should this project become activated, you would be the initial point of contact for individuals reporting home damage caused by a hurricane or tropical storm.

This role is eligible for remote work in only the following states : VA, DC, MD, NC, FL, MA, OH, TN, OK, TX, MO, AL, and IN

Shifts available will be 7am-3 : 30pm or 10 : 30am-7pm, and since the call center operate 7 days a week, scheduled days may include weekends and holidays.

Hourly pay-rate will be $20.30 / hr

Responsibilities :

• Communicating with insurance agents, policy holders and third parties.
• Documenting claim form information.
• Reviewing claim submissions and verifying the information.
• Recording and maintaining insurance policy and claims information in a database system.
• 80% of calls answered within 20 seconds. 95% quality assurance scored based upon the quality assurance guidelines provided by client.

Requirements :

• All agents must be fluent in spoken and written English,
• Spanish language fluency is a bonus!
• Will be responsible for documenting claims and verifying information.
• To be successful as a claim’s notification specialist, you should have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• You should also be able to work under pressure and perform a range of clerical and phone functions with great attention to detail.
