We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Multi-Family Leasing Specialist to join our team! Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional leasing experiences by showcasing our community's unique amenities, model units, and the lifestyle benefits that differentiate us. Develop a deep understanding of resident needs and desires, becoming a trusted advisor in their housing journey.
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with residents and prospective residents. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a genuine commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse audience, including residents, future residents, vendors, and team members. Project a positive and welcoming image in all interactions.
• Champion our community's unique value proposition! Articulate the distinct features and advantages that position us ahead of the competition.
• Proactively engage with potential renters through targeted outreach via phone calls, emails, and text messages. Foster leasing conversations and drive qualified traffic to the community.
• Coordinate seamless move-in and move-out processes, collaborating effectively with on-site staff, residents, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, applicable housing programs, and HUD/Agency regulations.
• Cultivate a safety-focused mindset, promptly identifying and addressing any potential hazards within apartments, common areas, and tour paths.
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitive offerings to position our community for long-term success.
• Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports to track progress and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to resident retention by providing exceptional ongoing customer service. Process work orders, facilitate package collection, and support day-to-day operations focused on resident satisfaction.
• Embrace a collaborative work environment and demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Community Manager.

Qualifications:

• Multifamily class A luxury experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A flexible work schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
• A professional and polished demeanor.
• Excellent physical fitness, including the ability to navigate the property (including stairs), perform bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching, carrying supplies, and standing for extended periods.
• The ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Key Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
• Prior experience with Yardi or other property management software a plus.
