Sparks Group is Hiring a Sales Operations Specialist Near Dallas, TX

Sparks Group has partnered with a leading aviation manufacturer based in Grand Prairie Texas seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for an indefinite contract opportunity. If you have at least 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing as well as 1 year in Project Management this is the ideal role for you. Come get your foot in the door with this amazing organization

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and reporting of sales opportunities including 90-day forecast.
  • Analysis of Cost Summary and Reconciliation (CSA)
  • Organize, track, attend and facilitate new quote request meetings and customer alignment meetings.
  • Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings with both internal and external partners.
  • Development of Presentations for customer specific completions
  • Includes building photograph library of previous and current completions
  • Build configurations for customers

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Must be currently located in DFW metro area or willing to relocate to DFW at own expense for this role (Airbus will not be providing any relo assistance for this role)
  • BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent experience, required
  • At least one (1) year of project management experience, required
  • At least one (1) years of experience in Sales or Marketing, required
  • Any experience in aviation industry, preferred
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM certification), preferred
  • Ability to communicate well in verbal and written form in English, required
  • French – business proficiency, preferred but not required
  • Technical capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce, Adobe
