Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mass Transit Business Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to work with an industry leading team on several initiatives aimed at improving and digitizing processes and procedures.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting Key Stakeholders in Rail & Bus Operations Center
• Development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures SOPs.
• Assist with the collection, input, and distribution of operational data.
• Support the documentation, execution and streamlining of training courses by working with SMEs.
• Ensure that procedures align with regulatory standards while promoting operational excellence.
• Spearhead the digitization of form usage by creating SharePoint forms. By replacing outdated paper-based processes with efficient digital solutions, you will streamline workflows and enhance productivity across the organization.
• Strategic communications and incorporating change management principles to support organizational transformation
• An attention to detail and thorough approach in maintaining high standards for 24/7 Operations.
• Assist in the development and distribution on internal communications using PowerPoint, Word, and Emails.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of demonstrable Mass Transit (Rail & Bus) operations, administration, or compliance experience
• Office presence (Alexandria, VA) is required of 3 - 5 days per week.
• Experience working with SharePoint
• Experience leading or facilitating training courses and course materials
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to administer a variety of activities simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills; and
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (all applications, including Visio).

Salary Range:
$33.89 - $59.33
