Job Description:
Clearance: Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a polygraph level clearance after hire
Location: Springfield, VA
Years of Experience: 7-10 Years
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within a related field
Typical Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:00PM
Position Overview:
Supports in planning, coordinating, and executing NGA international partner engagements and other IC outreach activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Executes logistics and administrative functions in support of partner engagements/visits/trips/outreach (e.g. badging, parking, name tents, scheduling briefings, photographers, etc.).
  • Coordinates with Protocol, SI, OCC, and all IA elements on all Top 6 hosted visits or trips.
  • Supports International Officers in developing agendas, event planning, executing official courtesies (e.g. refreshments or hosted meals), and gift recommendations for all international partner engagements.
  • Maintains master list of all scheduled partner engagements to assist in calendar deconfliction.
  • Participates in the NGA Leadership Engagement Board (NLEB) in support of planning for leadership participation in foreign partner visits.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a polygraph level clearance after hire
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within a related field
  • Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and executing communication and event planning related functions for senior leadership, foreign dignitaries, diplomats, foreign military personnel, legislative, and government officials.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing on-site logistical support for events including site preparation.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in applying principles, methods, practices, and techniques associated with the execution of the protocol program.
  • Event Management or Protocol certification.

Salary Range:
$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
