Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Support Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to Diagnose and resolve client reported issues within our Utility Enterprise Data Management product.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for direct customer communication. Assignment of support issues. Log issue details in helpdesk system and respond in a professional and timely manner.
• Diagnose and resolve minor to median support issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex support issues in which managerial and/or executive assistance is not needed.
• Maintenance role providing assistance during product upgrades - integration/software validation and QA.
• Minor development role for product improvement:
  • Reporting improvements and functionality changes
  • Minor interface changes
  • Minor product changes

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree with typically 0 years of related professional experience.
• T-SQL procedural language
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Ability to work with C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, CSS, IIS, HTML
• Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve issues efficiently

Salary Range:
$61,200.00 - $107,100.00
