On average, we save homeowners 30%-50% on their utility bill by switching to solar. There is no cost to the consumer for the panels, no loan, no downpayment, and they save 30%-50% year one. We have one of the best products in the country to be selling right now. Our experienced reps have a closing percentage of over 80 percent. We do also offer the ability to sell solar through a loan if the client prefers.

Experience is not necessary. We have an extensive training platform to get you up and running. As well, any new hire will be paired directly with a mentor that has a proven track record of being a top performer, to help ensure you have all the tools and support you need to succeed.

This is a fast-paced, competitive, and motivating environment. New reps are expected to take home $100,000 or more in commission within their first 12 months, with the top performers and experienced reps earning significantly more.

You will be expected to canvass, cold call, and work the occasional weekend. We are not looking for someone who prefers a standard 9-5 environment.

To succeed you must.

• Have a vehicle, cell phone, and clean cut appearance (tattoos, piercings, and groomed facial hair are okay)
• Be socially confident in talking to strangers, and dealing with rejection.
• Be self motivated and disciplined. This is not for someone with an employee mindset.
• Learn and follow our system. You must learn our presentation verbatim.
• Commit to constantly improving your skills and professionalism.
• Be ethical above all else. We are strict on doing things the right way.

The position

Unless you have substantial experience with sales in the solar industry, you will start as a setter, however this is not an entry-level position. We have setters taking home $5,000 per week.

Your role is to talk to homeowners about the basics of saving money with solar, and then schedule an appointment with one of our veteran consultants.

If the homeowners signs up for solar, you and the consultant split the commission. After you have enough experience, you will have the opportunity to transition into an in home consultant yourself.

Daily schedule.
Meeting in the morning to discuss goals, sales role-play, and go over agenda items, then prospect from the early afternoon until sunset.
