Spartan is Hiring a Collateral Lead Near Boston, MA
DescriptionAs the Collateral Lead, you will be the onsite team member that handles the inventory, organization, and distribution of all festival related collateral (shirts, medals, etc). The Collateral Lead will report to the Festival Manager (On-site) and the Collateral Operations Supervisor. They will also work side-by-side with the Festival Lead, Branding Lead, and the Delivery Inventory Manager. The Collateral Lead plays a vital role in the planning, organization, and supervision necessary to put together an event while maintaining a high brand standard.

Requirements
- Have experience operating machinery, or be willing to learn
- Be comfortable traveling 100 days or more during the year
- Be prepared and comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
- Be physically capable of working long hours 10 days consecutively
- Be comfortable with lifting up to 75 lbs
- Be comfortable with lifting & working overhead
- Be willing to learn the processes set in place, while maintaining an analytical and problem solving mindset to improve these procedures
- Must be able to manage high volumes of people with an efficient approach to accomplishing mission critical tasks
- Be capable of navigating and utilizing email, Microsoft Office programs, and Google Suite
