Lead onsite registration team in event execution, utilizing the onsite registration setup guide and checklist
Work collaboratively with the Event Production team to optimize the customer experience
Gather event process/performance feedback and recommend process enhancements
Responsible for the management of onsite-registration equipment and setup
Manage the team responsible for registering each customer (pre-registered and walk-up registration)
Managing registration volunteers during event days
Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated customer service concerns
Provide wrap-up and completion materials including post-race inventory and event summary
RequirementsJob Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event registration, hospitality, or customer service roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Customer-focused attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Mid-level technical proficiency - comfortable with general computer use, basic spreadsheets, ability to learn custom systems
Willingness to travel to events as required (at least one weekend per month, most months)
Ability to work outside in challenging conditions (standing, walking in various weather)
