Reporting to the onsite Registration Lead, this position is mainly responsible for working an onsite event zone within Registration to produce a successful registration/event check-in experience for Spartan customers.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the onsite Registration Lead, this position is mainly responsible for working an onsite event zone within Registration to produce a successful registration/event check-in experience for Spartan customers.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for management of onsite-registration equipment and setup
- Registering each customer (pre-registered and walk-up registration)
- Assist in managing registration volunteers during event days
- Provide excellent customer service
- Be comfortable working outdoors in challenging conditions (standing, walking in all weather conditions)
- Have a proven attention to detail yet the ability to choose the appropriate battles
- Possess a strong analytical mindset and approach to managing projects and problem solving
- Thrive in an environment of process, customer-centric problem solving and quick thinking
- Be comfortable traveling 50 days or more during the year (at least 1 weekend per month)
- Be able to travel Thursday through Monday, at least 1 weekend per month, most months
