Job Summary:

Sparx Logistics is seeking a Facility Property Administrator to assist with the efficient and smooth operations of our warehouse facility. This role involves managing property-related tasks, coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining the facility's security and maintenance. The Facility Maintenance Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring that the warehouse operates efficiently and meets productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse property, ensuring the facility is well-maintained and secure.

- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

- Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors for facility repairs and maintenance.

- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all warehouse equipment and infrastructure.

2. Facility Maintenance:

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for regular upkeep and preventive maintenance of the facility and equipment.

- Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.

- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and rectify potential maintenance problems.

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.

3. Administrative Management:

- Oversee administrative operations related to the property, including documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.

- Prepare and distribute reports on consumable supply inventory levels, and other key metrics.

- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for property management tasks.

- Implement and monitor task related key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure warehouse performance meets Sparx Logistics' standards and targets.

4. Team Coordination:

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure related tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

- Support team development and foster a positive work environment.

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations by the team.

5. Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency.

- Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure warehouse performance meets company standards and targets.

6. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure the warehouse operates in accordance with Sparx Logistics' policies and government regulations.

- Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.

- Conduct regular safety audits and drills and manage emergency procedures.

7. Inventory and Budget Management:

- Assist in managing the budget for warehouse operations, including property-related expenses, equipment, and supplies.

- Develop, implement, and ensure accurate safety stock levels for consumable inventory.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of consumable inventory levels, fulfill stock as required.

- Implement cost-saving measures and manage resources effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or property management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and move light to moderately heavy objects as needed.

- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.

- Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
