Job Overview
Seeking a Unit Nurse Manager for a short-term rehabilitation unit to cover a leave of absence. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in change management, staffing, and scheduling.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required, along with at least 5 years of recent Nursing Management experience in a med-surg setting.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred.
- This assignment is for 8 weeks, with potential flexibility.
- Dementia training must be completed during onboarding.
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Oversee medication administration and ensure proper documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; a Master's degree preferred
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience,
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make critical decisions
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
