You will contribute to team efficiency and project execution by managing office operations, ensuring compliance with subcontractor and insurance documentation, and supporting project financials and contract administration. We'll rely on you to create a welcoming environment for visitors and team members, accurately track and manage contracts and insurance compliance, maintain organized and accessible documentation, process change orders promptly, and ensure accurate payroll submissions. To thrive in this role, you will have effective communication and advanced documentation skills, proficiency with payroll and ERP systems, and previous experience in contract administration.
