Join our team at the Spearfish Holiday Inn! We're looking for a Team Leader in our housekeeping department! Pay rate depends on experience.

Full Time/Part Time Position
Hourly rate

Support the Housekeeping Manager in daily tasks and duties.

Lead the team with a positive and encouraging attitude.

Ensure employees are following policies and procedures.

Responsible for upkeep on the department information board.

Responsible for upkeep, stocking and organizing the 2nd floor storage closet.

Responsible for celebrating team birthdays and accomplishments.

Ability to clean rooms to IHG standards.

Train all new housekeepers consistently, as per the IHG standards.

Complete and assist with deep cleans.

Assist in Laundry.

Assist in inspecting rooms for cleanliness.

Help with extra tasks as needed.

Positively enforce housekeeping rules.

Report any issues to the Housekeeping Manager.

Must be able to lift, stoop, bend and reach.

Any and all tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
