Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and implement ABA programs.
  • Develop and adjust programs to meet evolving needs.
  • Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians.
  • Assist in meeting productivity goals and staff development.
  • Produce progress reports and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related program with ABA concentration.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required.
  • 1 year of Clinical Supervision experience preferred.
  • Experience in Pediatrics is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
