Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Organize the master schedule, provide roster updates to staff, and maintain the official rosters and student records
- Observe classrooms and provides clear feedback
- Facilitate common planning time
- Effectively implement the round model for instructional coaching and provide model lessons for teachers
- Complete all required standardized testing and monitor grade books
- Act as a liaison between the school and outside agencies, families, and community partners
- Master’s Degree in Education or related field and two years of experience working in a school setting, preferably with at-risk youth
- A Valid Teaching Credential Preferred
- Commitment to learning and implementing feedback
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible
