Specialized Recruiting Group- Charlotte is looking for an outstanding Marketing Account Specialist to join a growing marketing firm. This company offers a fully remote environment and much much more! The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, organizer, problem-solver, dot-connector, and effective personable communicator who will go above and beyond to help solve our clients’ toughest challenges and make a mark on their business goals. Must reside within 20 miles of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
Client services, client strategy, and agency growth
Uncovering clients’ business needs and objectives, developing appropriate strategies, identifying and implementing solutions to help achieve client goals
Understanding clients' businesses and generating solutions to enhance client performance
Building and earning trust and credibility to collaborate and maintain client satisfaction
Working closely with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all campaigns
Driving growth and the evolution of our accounts and the agency
Requirements:
Annual media budgeting, planning, projections, forecasting
Monthly media budgeting, planning, projections, forecasting
Weekly/monthly check-ins
Periodic client goal meetings as needed
Creative Review
Delegation to proper internal department and oversee to completion
Track and assess client metrics in real time

Partner with clients to establish a trusted relationship leading to the success and growth of both our clients and company
Support an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts
Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams, using resources to support clients’ businesses effectively and seamlessly
Build strong, collaborative, and trusted relationships with creative and strategic partners
Ensure goals are accomplished while adhering to a specific schedule and within an approved budget
Build a detailed strategic understanding of our clients’ businesses, industry sectors, customers, revenue models, and competitors, tracking these insights through account plans
Brief the assigned team on project requirements and lead the internal discovery and ideation process when needed or asked for
Support the assigned team through the project scoping phase to produce proposals that meet the needs of the brief, the brand, the timeline, and the budget
Apply strategic thinking to define client communications objectives, profile target audiences, design solutions that optimize audience engagement, and measure their effectiveness
Contribute specifically to developing the content, messaging, and engagement elements of our advertising solutions, working with our internal experts in creative, video, production, and logistics
Act as an open and willing resource to team members in assessing ideas and directions and providing guidance to push further
Light travel required for client meetings that are not remote
