Job Summary:
Evaluate vendor files, correct information, and determine processing methods for integration into multiple information systems. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and maintain system confidentiality. Impact membership compliance, contract visibility, and financial accuracy.
Duties:
- Evaluate and process vendor files for integration into information systems.
- Ensure item integrity in medical/surgical and pharmaceutical databases.
- Review contract amendments and coordinate with contract managers.
- Manage HealthTrust COIDs within the Item Management System.
- Onboard new members and associate them with applicable contracts.
- Generate contract amendments based on stakeholder input.
- Modify agreements, update pricing, and communicate changes to vendors.
- Provide operational support for national and custom contracts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified by stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and recommend solutions.
- Analyze system logic and propose improvements.
- Independently manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Develop and document new business processes.
- Maintain technical knowledge through educational workshops.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.
