Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Program Manager to join a nonprofit organization in the Durham, NC area.

The organization’s mission is to foster community health through housing and nutritional programs. You would support that mission by managing day-to-day implementation of food and health programs.

This is a full-time position with a target salary of $65,000 to $75,000, plus great benefits.

The first 90 days would be primarily on-site at an office in Durham, but the position is open to a hybrid schedule beyond that, with 1-2 days remote each week.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and organizing program data.
• Working directly with the participating clients to set up new enrollment accounts, provide support to enrollers, and handle backend administrative management to troubleshoot any issues.
• Incorporating feedback from program partners and enrollers for impactful program improvement.
• Reporting program outcomes to funders and granting agencies, as relevant to assigned programs.
• Overseeing monitoring, reporting, and implementation requirements for assigned programs.
• Assisting in performing outreach to potential new partner agencies and program implementation partners.
• Preparing and sharing presentations on assigned programs.
• Creating enrollment support materials.
• Interacting directly with enrollment staff to answer questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintaining policies and procedures required for program compliance.
• Completing reporting tasks for various programs.
• Ensuring invoicing is properly completed each month for all programs.

• Commitment to improving the lives of people in poverty.
• Ability to change course quickly and adapt to emerging deadlines.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work independently.
• Experience with problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and willingness to learn new software.
• Knowledge of Salesforce highly preferred.
