NOW HIRING for an Office Administrator in South Charlotte.
This is a full time role in the office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is $18.00/hr.
Candidates must have previous office experience.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Timekeeping for associate's payroll
- Assist with AP and AR as needed
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Communicate and work directly with the owner of the company
- Communicate with clients on updates and questions about job sites
- All other administrative duties as needed
