NOW HIRING for an Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist in the South Charlotte area. Candidates must have 2 years of collections.
Pay is $21.00-25.00/hr, DOE. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
This company uses an internal software and will train on their processes. Longevity at previous employment is required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitor AR and identify past due accounts
- Contact customers on overdue payments / Collection Calls
- Research changes to customer contact methods, phone numbers, etc.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints about billing
- Send customer monthly billing statements as needed
- Report unpaid accounts to management as required
