This company is an experienced general contractor company serving the Southeast as one of the region's industry-leading providers of general contracting, design-build services, and construction management services for private and public sector clients. They are now looking to expand with a Project Manager!
Location: Lake Wylie, SC
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Work Schedule: 1st shift; Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm
Pay: Salary $65k-$100k/year
Requirements for a Project Manager
- Commercial construction experience required
- Required experience in ground up construction and public projects
- Must have Procore, MS Project, and Project Management Software skills
- Person must be detail oriented and possess strong computer skills and work ethics
- Self-motivation required
- Customer service skills required
