I & E Technician

Pay Rates: $38.00-$45.00/hr, DOE (This is not exempt, OT is applied)

2nd shift: Monday- Friday (1:00pm- 9:30pm OR 2:00pm- 10:30pm)

Must have Electrical Controls Experience!

Qualifications:

• Experience in machine safety
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
• Ability to stay current with latest technologies as it relates to controls system strategies and hardware
• Self-starter, capable of working with limited supervision
• Knowledge of OSHA Process Safety Management regulation and its’ impact on equipment design and maintenance is desired.

Job Requirements:

• 7 Years manufacturing plant experience in controls and instrumentation
• Knowledge of automated panels, human machine interfaces Programmable Logic Controllers (strong preference for Rockwell Automation products)
• Ability to go online and Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC ladder logic using RSlogix Studio 5000, RSlogix 500, Factory Talk View Studio, Connected Components workbench, etc.. and associated hardware
• Experience in plant instrument calibrations
• Experience in reading wire and logic diagrams
• Experience in industrial Ethernet applications and maintenance
• Ability to maintain industrial equipment including repairs and replacement to mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience working in an ISO certified or GMP facility preferred.

Candidates must be willing to work occasional overtime.
