Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in the successful completion of concrete construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
- Utilize extensive experience in lifted concrete decks to oversee and actively participate in the construction process
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies specific to concrete construction
- Train and mentor crew members to enhance concrete construction skills and promote a culture of excellence
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with a focus on lifted concrete decks
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team in a concrete construction setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of concrete flatwork, site concrete, and foundations
- Experience with heavy-duty industrial projects, structural slabs, and super flat floors preferred
- Familiarity with LEED certified projects and laser screening in concrete construction is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- OSHA certification preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
