Specialty Consultants, the leading real estate executive search firm, is helping our client, a national industrial real estate investment firm hire a Director of Operations based in New York City.
The Director of Operations will oversee Property Management and Construction Management for a national portfolio of properties. This individual will lead a team to manage property operations, budgeting and reporting in coordination with Asset Management and Leasing. The role will also direct external consultants and contractors for physical work performed at properties including tenant projects and capital projects.
Ideal candidates will be resourceful, organized and have in-depth knowledge of industrial real estate. Additionally, ideal candidates will have a desire to grow a department and work with properties on a national scale.
