SCI, the leading search firm in homebuilding industry, has been retained to recruit a Director of Purchasing to lead corporate purchasing, estimating, production, and warranty operations. This is an opportunity to report to the owner of a builder with over 30 years of success.
The Director of Purchasing will implement and monitor best practices across divisions, supporting staff, and maximizing profitability through BuildPro system utilization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven leadership in residential homebuilding
- Strong PO system knowledge, ideally BuildPro
- Experience managing national trade and supply partners
- 10 years of purchasing experience
- 2 years leading small to medium-size teams
Based in Corporate office - no remote candidates
