Specialty Consultants, the leading real estate executive search firm, is seeking a Vice President of Investments to join our client, a well-capitalized and growing industrial real estate investment platform. This group owns industrial real estate in key logistics markets on the Eastern portion of the country, and has discretionary capital aimed towards growing their portfolio.
Based in New York City, the incoming Vice President will lead acquisitions activities in multiple markets along the East Coast. The VP will oversee the full lifecycle of transactions while managing a support team.
Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of acquiring industrial real estate, ideally in multiple markets.
