We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator for our East Valley locations. This role is vital in helping our patients understand and navigate their orthodontic treatment options and helping find financial solutions that work for them. Key Responsibilities
Greet each patient with a smile to make them feel welcome in the office.
Listen attentively to the patient's main objections and concerns so we can prioritize their needs when determining treatment options.
Explain various orthodontics treatment options and how their insurance works.
Explain and review financing plans, ensuring confidentiality when signing contracts.
Make follow up calls with uncommitted patients to explore all treatment and finance options.
Be detail oriented and ensure accurate communication and record keeping.
Maintain a professional appearance and keep the consult room tidy.
Check patients charts to ensure accuracy of input information.
Comfortably explain HIPAA laws and new patient forms
Keep records to follow up with those who do not start treatment.
Collaborate closely with doctors and teammates to ensure we meet our patients' needs.
As the Treatment Coordinator you are the first point of contact for our patients and their families orthodontic needs. You are responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently detailing the treatment options provided by the doctors in the consultation. Your professionalism and attentiveness are crucial in maintaining our reputation for providing exceptional care and customer service at a price everyone can afford. RequirementsRequirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable making follow up calls to uncommitted patients
Ability to understand and address patients' concerns effectively
Able to perform basic math to assist patients' in finding appropriate financing options
Able to follow HIPAA guidelines and capable of entering HIPAA compliant information
Capable of learning new software and proficient in typing
Previous experience in a related field is a plus but not a requirement
