Specialty Medical Staffing has an exciting new direct hire opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Glendale, WI! Salary Range: $235,000 - $280,000 - Will vary based on experience Hours: Monday-Friday, day shift, 40-hours weekly, Operating Room hours 630a-6pSign-on Bonus:Eligible 
Relocation: Eligible
# of Operating Rooms: 10
# of surgeries/month: 575-625
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Main Function of Role:
Administers anesthetic care for the purpose of facilitating diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical procedures
Education/License/Certification Requirements: 
1. BLS and ACLS Provider within 1 month of hire
2. Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
3. Certification in Registered Nurse Anesthesia
4. 1 year of experience (preferred)
Duties, Responsibilities, Competencies:
1. Performs and documents a pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation of the patient.
2. Develops and implements anesthetic plan of care, including monitoring modalities and post anesthesia follow up evaluation and care.
3. Selects, obtains and administers the anesthetic plan of care, including induction, maintenance, and emergence phase of anesthesia.
4. Recognizes alteration in the physiologic responses to the surgical procedures and/or the anesthetic, takes appropriate action and notifies the Supervising Anesthesiologist as needed.
