Description:

• Order Verification
• Controlled substance audits
• General accrediting body survey prep
• Pyxis stocking

Position Requirements:

• TX state Pharmacist license required
• DOP/PIC experience preferred
• Recent Inpatient pharmacy experience
• Team Player Mentality

Job Details:

• Dates of Coverage needed : 3/11/24 - 4/5/24
• Coverage Hours needed : M-F - 7am-3:30pm
• No weekend or on-call coverage needed
• Order Entry System : HCS, can train
• Site Automation : Pyxis, can train
• Site Specialty Areas : Behavioral Health
