Our company is looking to hire the right person to serve as our primary DNA collector at our Woodstock, VA location to conduct paternity (buccal swab) testing at the Shenandoah County JDR Courthouse for clients with cases pending in family court. This is an extremely part time position and a collector will be needed on site for one (1) shift per month.

Having a medical background is preferred but not required for this position. Applicants should have great customer service skills and work well in a team environment, yet be able to work independently. Applicants must be reliable, professional, and have a great attitude.

• DRAW SITE: Shenandoah County JDR Court
• RECURRING SCHEDULE: One (1) Wednesday per month; 8:30am-12:30pm (schedule for the year is provided in advance)
• PAY RATE: $16.00/Hour

All staff will receive complete online and over-the-phone training and supplies needed for this position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cheek swab (buccal) specimen collection
• Take photos and ink prints of all clients
• Complete a Chain of Custody Form for each clients
• Ensure specimens are properly and accurately labeled
• Ship samples through FedEx at the end of the day (shipping supplies provided)
• Keep track of inventory and submit supply orders as needed
• Able to work with the public and be professional
