We are hiring for a DNA collector at our Cheyenne, WY location. As primary collector, you will be conducting paternity testing (buccal swabs) on the behalf of families receiving services through the CSE office in Cheyenne, WY. This is an extremely part time position (two shifts per month) and is a great opportunity to earn supplemental income while providing a valuable service for families in the state of Wyoming.

Having a medical background is preferred, but not required for this position. Applicants must be able to work well in a team setting as well as independently and have great customer service skills as the position requires interacting with the public in a professional setting. Applicants must also have reliable transportation to make it to each testing clinic no matter what.

• DRAW SITE: Dept. of Child Support Enforcement - Cheyenne, WY
• RECURRING SCHEDULE: Every other Wednesday; 1:30pm-5:00pm (testing schedule for the year is provided in advance)
• PAY RATE: $20.00/Hour

All staff will receive complete online training and over-the-phone training as well as all the supplies required for the position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cheek swab specimen collection
• Obtain photographs and ink prints of all clients
• Fully and accurately complete a Chain of Custody/Client Authorization Form
• Ensure that the samples and accurately and properly labeled
• Drop off samples at FedEx at the end of each shift (shipping supplies provided)
• Keep track of supply inventory and order as needed
• Maintain professionalism when working with clients and staff
