Bristol Bay Shared Services, LLC (BBSS) is hiring an HR Recruiter to join our team supporting the Government Services Group. This team member will work closely with our HR department, hiring managers and stakeholders to develop and execute an in-depth recruiting strategy for regular full time staffing. The position is located in San Antonio Texas and will be a hybrid work schedule of (3) three days a week in the office. Major ResponsibilitiesSource candidates using a variety of search methods (outreach, social media and website outreach, etc.) to build a robust candidate pipelineDevelop and execute a recruiting strategy and branding for Government Services positions that includes the company’s culture and benefits.Develop a recruitment plan focused on identifying and developing relationships with key DoD (Department of Defense) recruiting sources and attend recruiting events as needed.Identify opportunities for BBNC shareholder hireScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials and perform phone screeningsCollaborate with hiring managers to identify vacant roles and ideal candidate profileCollaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirementsFacilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms in line with the company compensation policyStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practicesManage the overall interview, selection, and transition to the onboarding processEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and Company policy.Create and maintain resume database for potential candidates and keep in touch with past candidates Minimum Education/ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.3 years of recruiting experience preferred supporting multiple companies with a high volume of positions to be filledRequired Knowledge or SkillsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingDemonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustExcellent organizational and time management skillsComfortable making decisions independentlyWorking knowledge of applicant tracking, onboarding, and HRIS systems Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodsDeep understanding of employment laws and regulationsFamiliar with a wide variety of sourcing tool and avenues such as LinkedIn and other similar data sourcesExperience with hiring for roles within the Government Contracting market BBSS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
