Job Summary:

As an Order Picker at Spector & Co.'s Las Vegas Facility, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by accurately and efficiently picking customer orders. Your attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines will contribute to the smooth functioning of our supply chain and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders using handheld scanners or picking sheets.

• Accuracy Assurance: Pay meticulous attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure high accuracy levels in order picking.

• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on picked items to ensure they meet the company's standards.

• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by updating the system when items are picked, or returned.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure the smooth flow of warehouse operations.

• Stock Consolidation: Ensure stock is consolidated on warehouse racks, optimizing space and facilitating efficient retrieval.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any safety hazards.

• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, following all safety guidelines.

• Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the products in the warehouse to facilitate efficient order picking.

• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that aisles are clear, and products are properly stored.

Skills/Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory process
• Self-motivated
• Positive attitude
• Lift truck experience – reach trucks would be best
• Quick and efficient worker
• Ability to lift boxes up to 40 Lbs.
• Forklift certified

Assets:

• Experience with LOTTED or serialized inventory is an asset
• Experience using handheld RF Guns is an asset
